The Wrekin (Wellington) Branch
Our branch serves the area of Telford in Shropshire and is is very proud of its long history in the region. It was founded on 1st November 1949, so this year we celebrated our 70th anniversary. We meet socially every fourth Tuesday of the month at the Sir John Bailey Club, Haygate Road, Wellington. We also hold various other events throughout the year. Visitors to the area are always welcome to come along to our social evenings and events.
Our mission is to continue the special comradeship known to servicemen by providing a meeting place and forum for social activities. We are dedicated to assisting the Royal Air Force Family and those in need in the local community.
